Installation of new Phone System and transfer of Lines & Calls

I’m writing to say how impressed I am at the performance of Bryan & Chris over the last year and during the installation of a complete new phone system for our head office.

Our business – a major care agency in Kent, had a long standing relationship with a previous phone supplier and it’s fair to say that there was some hesitation in switching to a new phone provider.

Bryan  realised this and went more than the second mile in the way they warmly related to our requirements.  Bryan answered all of our questions calmly and provided information that was cost effective for us.

On the day of transfer, the previous provider had given incorrect information to Openreach. Our lines went dead. Bryan was there within a few hours, diverted calls and installed a temporary phone system that allowed the business to continue trading. And I may add at no extra cost to us.

Our agency is  extremely busy, handling around x calls per day and handling over 150 carers. We therefore needed a robust phone system and especially, highly trained technical staff who could install & maintain the phone network.

Connect-it recently got me out of a big, dark communications hole! Whilst driving through Wales on a Monday morning a couple of weeks back I lost my right arm, sorry mobile phone! This was at the start of a week where both my office staff were off and one of my team had left on the Friday before so no-one was at Monkey HQ to man the office phones & I’d lost my mobile! AHH. For a company driven by and promoting marketing communications, it was embarrassing to say the least.
